Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport Gears Up for the New Jersey Lottery SpeedTour
July 24, 2024 – Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport is ready to compete in the FR Americas Championship, F4 U.S. Championship, and Ligier JS F4 series this weekend after a month-long break in the 2024 season schedule. Returning to the competition with 13 total cars at New Jersey Motorsports Park, it will be a busy weekend on the Upper East Coast at the New Jersey Lottery SpeedTour.
Fighting under the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport banner in the FR Americas Championship will be half of the team’s drivers, including Patrick Woods-Toth, Jett Bowling, Nicole Havrda, and Titus Sherlock. Joining them on the grid is Landan Matriano Lim, and Ricco Shlaimoun as the Crosslink Kiwi drivers look to fight for wins and podiums. Unfortunately, championship point leader Ryan Shehan will be forced to miss the event weekend due to budget constraints.
Accompanying the FR Americas driver will be three F4 U.S. Championship competitors for their third race event of the season. Heading the team is current championship points leader Nicolas Stati, accompanied by Alex Crosbie and Barrett Wolfe.
“We’re looking forward to another successful weekend with the amazing crew,” says Team Co-Owner Teena Larsen. “We’ve had some great success as of late, but we aren’t clear yet. The work continues to extend some championship leads and take over others, and you won’t see us slowing down yet.”
The final four Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers will be racing in the newly developed Ligier JS F4 Series for the fourth round of the series this year including Kekai Hauanio and Bacon Zelenka, who currently sit second and third in the points standings. Joining their teammates on the grid are Brad Majman and Demitri Nolan, as they look to fight their way forward.
Teena Larsen adds, “We have a great system going as a large team, and it seems to be working for us. We’re looking forward to being the largest team at New Jersey Motorsports Park again this weekend.”
The weekend will kick off with a test day on Thursday, and lead into two practice sessions on Friday for all three series. Saturday will see each series qualify in the morning and take part in their first weekend race in the afternoon. The weekend will wrap up on Sunday with a doubleheader for each series.
