Titus Sherlock Earns Pole at Circuit of The Americas

AUSTIN, Texas (November 1, 2024) – Titus Sherlock secured the pole for Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) on Thursday afternoon. Vying for second in the championship, the Prosper, Texas native laid down a 2:03.715 lap to better his teammate and fellow Texan, Jett Bowling (No. 02 Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) by 0.729 seconds. Sherlock (No. 31 Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) entered the weekend fourth in points, 23.5 points behind second. Landan Matriano Lim (No. 73 739Racing Ligier JS F3) qualified third, but had his time disallowed after failing to meet minimum weight following the session. With the change, Bruno Ribeiro (No. 3 IGY6 Motorsports / Save22 Ligier JS F3) will line up third on the grid for his first FR Americas start.
